Sore throat mild trouble swallowing

Hello guys having trouble sleeping at the moment have to wake up at 6am for doctor. Having mild trouble swallowing because my throat and tonsils are sore from the coughing I’ve been doing is all this normal thank you all again you’ve taken much anxiety away and will use this regularly for questions as my parents get mad when I ask them. I’m in a you did it to yourself so you get yourself out type situation thank you again

Sorry to you guys who think this is a no brainer or I’m a bit silly. My anxiety is very bad and gets the best of me with this type of thing

Hello Yungin firstly let me that in no way do we did you are silly. If anything I’m sure many of us wish we had the sense to stop while young as you have.

What you are experiencing are all withdrawal symptoms which will eventually calm down but in the meantime you could use salt water to gargle and soothe your throat.
