Hey!

Maybe it depends on how our day is... i mean, some days are nice but on another days we might experience stressful situation, or we might remember sth .. and that could lead to that desire :/ today I have to fight with that desire to have a cigarette, I hope I am strong enough to not do it ... please, keep going too ! 💪🏼🌸🌱

Hi Chambs, Everyone has days which are or seem tough. When we have just quit smoking we tend to turn our minds to smoking , we think we need a smoke to relax us. The truth is it only makes you more stressed. If you are honest and think would a cigarette solve any situation? Stay strong ,and be proud that you have got this far . Your a non-smoker now , hold your head high your a winner! XXXXX

Thanks jillygirl!! I dont know what I would do without all of you here. I did a workout and went in the sauna and I feel much better now.
