Hello everyone, Monday again and this particular Monday means a lot to me and my family. This day last year I was in hospital waiting to have my lung removed. I honestly didnt think I would be feeling so much better or even here 1 year later. So will open a bottle

to celebrate.

So all you lovely people who are trying to quit , please dont give up , I know what damage smoking does. and I was one of the lucky ones.

Right going to catch up with what has been happening this weekend. I have had my brother up from Essex so not had time to bob on site.

6 weeks quit today eh Just think, you have beat mr nic for 6 weeks, so now you can beat him for another 6 weeks eh and that will make erm, erm, 12 weeks good job ave got my calculator with me eh
