Here's another day of non smoking..all have been trying hard and I do see that.. so sending out hug's and letting you know that your not the only one going through this fight alone..

I just signed up to 30 days of yoga 😂 starting 1st Jan whoop 🙌

I hear ya buddy.. I never did yoga..

Well it’s at your own pace so I can handle that 😂 still not sure about the run thing - will most likely do my bicycle 3 days a week for starters as running is not my fave x
