Today has been so difficult, the last 2 hours I've been debating lighting up. But i didn't, I'm still craving so decided to check in here instead. I remember the last few quits it always seemed to be really hard around day's 10-12 for me. I visited the ENT 2 days ago and he put a scope down my nose into my throat. I can't believe they do that while you're awake lol! Luckily my scope came back clean. He saw nothing sinister. But something isn't right and it's driving me crazy. I'm being referred to a neurologist now. I'm having so much pain in my ear and throat along with the swollen lymph node all on the same side. These doctors are making me feel like I'm crazy or something. It's so frustrating that they can't seem to find out what is going on. The frustration alone is making me want to cave but i know I'll only feel worse if i do. I've just been popping hard candies like cinnamon drops and fireballs everytime the cravings get to intense. And lot's of praying for strength. Another day down. I've got this 💜

Yes!! Last time i quit 10-13 days was the worst. I'm day 12 now and praying this passes soon.
