YOU CAN DO IT

Our greatest glory is not in never failing but in rising up every time we fail.

Most people who have quit smoking have had at least one unsuccessful attempt in the past.

It,s not important how many times you try to quit.

What,s really important is that eventually you stay quit.

Seconded and I'm doing it now cos if I leave it any later I won't know the correct word for the amount of times it's been agreed!!!

madimad, wouldnt life be great if we could pass around the fat, it would be so much easier than trying to diet.....Eating sweets as we speak. Ah well I am not worrying about it at the mo x

Enjoy your sweets and do a bit of exercise to compensate, even if its just a walk around the block. I have just done a little 2 mile in the park, it was lovely I really enjoy a walk of a night or early morning when it,s quiet.

I have put on just over a stone since quitting, but for me that,s ok as I only weighed 6 stone before, I am only petite and I found it hard to get trousers that would stay up :D now I can just buy a pair of size 8 and they fit, so I,m happy. It was also a good excuse for a bit of retail therapy which is good anyway.

Keep up the good work and worry about the fat later, or do somethink now if it makes you feel better, nothink like a bit of walking to keep you fit, and watch what you eat, I,m not much of a sweet eater, I can take them or leave them, I prefer fruit and I pick on nuts and olives, better than cakes for me :)
