Hi Luttapii22, Well done for your decision to quit👏
Welcome to Quit Support.💙
It’s never easy to quit but it’s easier with a little support.💪
Firstly you need to decide how you are going to quit. Are you going to use NRT(nicotine replacement therapy) or are you going cold turkey, without any aids.
I suggest you write a list of all the reasons you want to quit, and put it somewhere you often go,mine is on the fridge. Decide on a quit date ,not too far ahead. Here's a link which will help get you started.

You can do this!!
😀🌞👏👏👏👍🚭 NOPE!
Tubby and Veteran have given you a warm welcome and good advice.
I will add that you have to approach quitting smoking with 100% commitment and determination. You have to believe quitting is a life time commitment but it is so worth it. Don’t ever think you can just have one cigarette, addiction does not allow you just one. Take each day without a cigarette as a great achievement, there will be times when cravings drive you nuts and it plays with your mind and emotions and the secret to overcoming that is have your mind and body concentrate on something else. What do you like doing? For me I enjoy knitting complex Aran sweaters, doing this keeps my mind and hands occupied.
As each week goes by the cravings get less severe. Keep this group close and post/reply to other posts regularly. It was this group that made the difference between success and failure for me.
