Huge congrats Maison, 2 months is a fantastic achievement so well done👏🏼

It does take time for your body to heal from the effects of smoking unfortunately, so hang in there. Remember to be kind to yourself.

Sorry you’re suffering at the moment, plenty of hot drinks and rest up. Hope you feel better soon💐xx

Hi Maison, sorry you have a cold /sinus problem, I think you may find even though it feels worse since quitting, you will recover quicker. Take it easy and drink plenty of water. Well done on achieving 2 months. 👍💝😊xx

Hi Maison, you are one really strong lady!!2 smoke free months and counting. I've suffered sinusitis on and off for a year,2 courses of antibiotics..................

I suggest you hang in there for 4/5 days if your sinus don't feel better have a word with your doctor.

I know it's hard hun,but it does get better.xx
