4 weeks today folk's and what a journey. Not what I expected at all. The old smokey me is no more, l feel free. Still no cravings and finally no more sick 🤮 feelings. I'm boring my friends who smoke to death about how they smell, but am slowly just keeping it to myself. Sorry everyone, i do feel a tad smug. To all who read this post, be strong 💪, it might not be easy for you, but it's worth it. You have to really really want it. Good luck to all of you 😁.

Well done Purplehaze11!! You had a difficult beginning but it sounds like you're well on your way. Lots to be proud of. Enjoy a square of chocolate!!!🍫👍🚭
Huge congrats Purple👏👏👏
Great achievement, well done👍
I agree those smokers stink😷 they just don’t know how bad😂🚭✅xx
Wowee nearly one whole month PH.....that’s absolutely fantastic! Isn’t it great when you get your sense of smell back? I know it can be difficult to be around those who are still chained to the habit, but maybe they deserve our empathy? I’ve often passed someone say, in the street, and do get that smug feeling that goes with the gratitude of no longer having to smoke. But I also feel how awful that poor person has to go through the same ol rigmarole day in day out, feeling dreadful about themselves, spending so much money, coughing, wheezing etc etc. Be a source of inspiration PH not judgement.....your friends are probs feeling bad enough as it is!!! Much love, Poll x
Hello Purplehaze11, you should feel smug. Very proud of yourself. I look at myself in the mirror every morning and smile. Life is better without tobacco.
Dear Purple haze, good job on your first month!👍 stay strong💪 and keep us close for added support❗😀👍
