A warm welcome to any new members who are just beginning their quitting journey. I know it can seem daunting, after a lifetime of nicotine dependence, it’s possible to free ourselves. Granted, it’s not easy, but with a little support, lots of knowledge (pinned posts) and parties to celebrate milestones along the way this quitting lark quickly becomes a way of life.

Well after my washing machine disaster yesterday I’ve got a new one installed and now I’ve no water today😫 apparently there’s a leak somewhere in the area and they are working on it but I hold Catmad10 fully responsible with her spells🧙‍♀️😂

Hi Bonnie, Italy is cooler at the moment because we've had a massive storm. It's 25° which I love. Summer isn't over yet. At least now it's cooler,it's liveable,I can do the exercising etc.
