Hello! I just want to cheer you new quits on! I been quit since march of 2016, had a 1 week hiccup a year ago but it was enough to make me really realize i did not want to go back to smoking. I am proud of you all! Not one puff! The overall prize of being smoke free outweighs all of the negative! You can do this and it's not easy at first but it isn't impossible because we have all quit! Stay strong you all!
