Hello, this is now my 17th day smoke free 
Had to stop as I had a health scare whilst on holiday in America and was hospitalised for three days.......really frightened me.
So, I am checking this great site out daily and love the support by everyone who is also in the same position as me.
It is early days yet and getting through some of the days has been a challenge but I am determined to kick this habit once and for all.

I'm sorry to hear about your health scare,I suppose you could consider it a wake up call. This site works because we all support each other.

May I suggest you drink plenty of water💧💦 to flush out the toxins and keep yourself hydrated.

I am a life long smoker and have tried to stop before, but this time I am determined; I cannot go through that again and more importantly, cannot put my family through the pain and worry. My quit day was 15th October and am doing reasonably well so far.
