Day 13 and still going strong

Hi Guys

Well I am almost to the two week mark. The patches must be doing all the hard work although I am really having trouble sleeping at the moment. I do sit there in the evenings sometimes and think 'oh, I'll just pop outside for a ciggy' then I realise I don't smoke anymore! Hahaha Anyway, just wanted to check in with you all. i hope everyone is doing great xx
