Hi everyone sorry I haven’t been on here for a while just to let you all know I am still smoke free it will be 5 months . I have been reading people posts and my advice is you have come this far don’t give up now believe me when I say it really does get better you may not think so at the moment but it does be strong keep going every one

I will do it isn’t easy but there is a light at the end you don’t think so now but there is and it’s fantastic
