I quit smoking 10 years ago. Started to e-cig two years ago. It’s my third week since I quit e-cig. Still having serious nicotine withdrawal. Is this normal ?

Hi Manic

10 years quit... impressive 😉 I'm vaping to quit smoking 👍

As you had nicotine in your vape, you'll have the same withdrawals as if you smoked.

Are you still vaping?

We recommend cutting down the nicotine in the juice bit by bit until it's 0 then quit the vape.

What my waffling is says is... yes.... it normal... sorry 😐

Keep going 👍
