Woke up this morning with the biggest crave ever it was horrendous. Blood pressure is borderline aswell .Wether that is a symptom of giving up not sure.either way not good.nicorette gum in now though so I win.job interview later.bring it on!

Well done Frosty!.

Keep an eye on your blood pressure and get to the Docs if it keeps going crazy. I'm not sure how many people keep an eye on this during their Quit so it's tough to say if it's from Quitting or smoking really.
