Morning everyone hope you all fine.

Sad news my dad passed away last nite.it's not hit me yet feel numb angry, and very lost. I then thought right have a fag.headed to the shop got to the door and stopped thought of my dad he fighted cancer till the end so I can fight this Mr nic did I have one?

Hold all those good memories you have of your Dad close to you. It's heartbreaking to lose someone who you have known and loved forever.

I lost my Mum to Cancer and went back to smoking.... did it help me?, not one bit. What helped me was talking and doing lots of things that reminded me of her. Birds and baking mainly😊

You look after yourself, I shall be thinking of you. Well done for not smoking. ❤️❤️

Oh Annette I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my dad 9 years ago and my mother 4. It's horrible. You are very strong not to have reached for a ciggie and that's great. Your dad will always be with you so NOPE! x
