Hi All

Eleven days now, I haven't posted for a few days, I always go away this time of year, I find it very hard to cope on the anniversary of my sons death. I came through that trauma without a need to have a puff, so I guess I can do the rest.

The support on this site is great, even just reading the posts helps, thanks to everyone

xx

Congrats aunt on 11 days smokefree, brilliant 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Understandably a very difficult time for you and coping without a smoke is a huge achievement, of which you should be very proud.

As you've come through this trauma without the need to light up, you've definitely shown great strength, well done❤️😘

Well done on 11 days. It can't have been easy but getting through the anniversary without a smoke shows just how string you are. You can do this.
