Hi everyone

It's been 4 months since I quit cold turkey and I must say that it was much easier then I thought. I did not suffer much, it was tough but manageable. I do sometime think of cigarettes but the thought goes away quickly. There has been tough days and this site helps in keeping away from cigarettes. I wish everyone the best and please stay away from nicotine.

2 weeks👏👏👏 you did it!! This is the hardest time - the first month 😡Grrr hang in there and let the withdrawal symptoms come and go.. fear is my motivator... fear of developing a smoking related illness keeps me from smoking

Congrats 4 months off cigarettes😊👍🏻 Alcohol is still a trigger for me actually, my only trigger so I allow myself one drink still after a year. Whatever it takes to not smoke. I went cold turkey too 😡Grrrr lol Take good care xx
