Good going Micky. I'm sure it gets even harder as you get older. Shame about the COPD but you have made the best decision. It will get easier as time goes on.
Congratulations Micky - that is fantastic to hear, an amazing achievement and you are doing so well - well done you!
I am so pleased you are feeling so much better for it as well - that has GOT to be motivation to stay of those cigarettes forever! So stay strong and enjoy the improvement in your health and your finances!!!!

Thank you mrssunnyside, you take care too
Hi mickyt, you are doing ever so well, well done and congratulations! Almost at your 2 month mark too
Have you bought anything nice for yourself on the money you have saved already?
A true winner
Thank you Emjay, haven't bought anything yet, but it's mounting up...
Well you just make sure you do, and in the meantime, just enjoy watching it mount up
EmJay, I'm sure I will, you are a great Support Advisor, thank you
Well done my friend!
My Dad has COPD, it's very difficult.
One of the reasons I'm now on Ecigs... with a view to NO cigs.
You've done it with nothing, which I know is SO hard. I quit for three years. .. still can't figure why I started again with such a vengeance. From one, to a 10 pack to 20 a day again within 3 days.... I think you're always a smoker, just one that's not smoking right now!
Just like I don't have that first drink now!
Stay strong and if a craving strikes get on here pronto. ALWAYS a friendly voice out there to talk you into remaining smoke free.
Fantastic!
