Sorry guys for not giving support but have been reading many posts it seems like you have been well looked after. I tried so many times to stop smoking and have just past my 2 year quit date and I can truly say if I can you can do it.

Yep they are history now I had run out of baccy and decided I wasn't going to waste any more money on it. I must admit the next morning I was craving so badly I managed to find a few old dog ends and re roll them!

Haven't had any at all now for 6 days. I hope to get a shiny new badge in a day or so
