Another Year Gone!

Morning/evening to everyone on what looks like might be a beautiful May day! 

Well another year has gone by for me and I'm stunned at how quickly it has flown. A sign of getting older and busier no doubt but also a sign that I'm enjoying life 😄

I so clearly remember the first day of my quit! I remember how I wasn't sure if I would make it, worried that it would be yet another failed attempt, scared that i would let myself and my family down. Finding quit support 7 days in was the one thing that kept me going and still keeps me strong when every now and then a little temptation creeps in 😈 N.O.P.E is the best mantra ever as it really is that one single puff that will undo the quit and my rescue babies can't afford a human mummy that spends too much money on a horrible addiction! (Pic is of Finlay having a snuggle in a towel after he got caught in a rain storm 💗)
