7 days gone and must keep counting

Into my 8th day of quitting using an e-cig and still feeling quite positive, well most of the time. Just have to keep reminding myself why I want to quit and if anyone giving up that has tried to stop before will probably remember regretting starting again that's why we all try to stop again. So everyone that has even gone 1 day should be proud cause I struggled to go 1 hr without a cigarette never mind 7 days. Good luck to all.

Well done on 7 days quit 😊 you are absolutely right that pretty much all of us have tried more than one quit and its a great way of staying motivated being able to remember how awful it felt giving in then having to go through that first day all over again. Keep it up 😊
