Thank you all for your replies to my ranting yesterday. I have been at work all day and not once did i have any desire to smoke. I have just had the chance to sit down and read all your replies and you would not believe what a difference you have made. i feel part of a special family who have given me the strength to carry on saying NOPE.

3 weeks is a pretty awesome quit, just so NOT worth destroying and letting the nicotine win. After 3 weeks the worst is over it's just stupid memory that plays tricks on you and makes you want to smoke. Don't ever ever let that nicotine score a victory over you, you're stronger than that, you absolutely 100% are. Keep that quit at all costs, it's really precious.
