Thanks for your support on this site. I'm 2 weeks quit today! I keep finding that on these milestone days (7 days, 14 days) I get a lot of extra cravings - like my brain goes "what?! a milestone!? No!! " - But today is better than last Friday was. I just keep plugging away, taking each day one at a time.

Well done 😄😄the cravings will get easier as you go along just find away of dealing with them ,for me I take a deep breath and quickly find something to do keep up the good work
Congrats 🎀🎁🎊🎉🎈 stay focused the next few weeks will be tough but you can do it just tell yourself you can have a smoke if u want to but YOU choose not to! That worked for me good luck and I hope u stay smoke free 🤗😀😬
