I've had a headache for days now which is coming and going and it's really ruining my day. Anyone else get persistent headaches after quitting or do you think its coincidence ?

Hi Lana, well done on your 1 month quit, brilliant👏🏼👏🏼

Headaches can be a common side effect unfortunately☹️ as our lovely droopy says.......drink lots of water and know this will pass. Our bodies have taken a lot of abuse from those horrid little white sticks😩 please be patient with yourself and it will all be worth it🚭😊

my headaches come from me grinding and clenching my teeth more stress..the greater the headache, i'm waiting to get back to the dentist, i have to get another custom mouth guard made coz i've chewed through my current one!!

keep breathing and drinking water and keep up the good work!

I have the we issue there too.  I keep grinding because my breathing is all funky? Feels like I'm forcing my breath out thru my nose instead of slowly exhaling.  Sucks

do you feel like your nose is stuffy? like with allergies or a cold?  last year i had thousands of dollars of repairs done to my teeth due to me grinding my teeth in my sleep, and during the day i'll notice when i start getting stressed or agitated i'll realize i'm getting a headache and it's due to me clenching my teeth.

my breathing is fine, i think it must just be another unhealthy way i deal with stress, but not sure how to correct it.

how is your sister doing aag?  and how are you doing?  Been waiting to see a post to make sure you were OK, did you give a listen to the songs i mentioned that i have helped me when i'm struggling the most?

take care!

I had bad headaches for a week.  I drank a ton of water and I am taking Vitamin B, plus a multiple vitamin and vitamin C.  I do think your headaches will pass soon.  It is definitely a withdraw symptom!
