that is awesome Katherina. This site is awesome for lots of reasons and i think knowing that we all understand just how hard it can be is one of the mains reasons. The support here is sensational, i have been privileged to be part of many quit journeys and nothing gives me more pleasure than witnessing days become weeks and weeks become months

Katherina!! Congrats👏🎉🎉. You are going to enjoy being a non smoker. Great choice to make for your lungs and heart. You will have increased self esteem not being a slave To cigarettes. There's an article on this site called "Friend or Foe". And cigarettes have certainly NOT been a friend to us. The people on this site are determined and supportive and know what we are all going through. It's pretty bumpy the first 3 weeks but it smooths out after that
