Hi Everyone, I'm new to this site. I am on day 6 of no nicotine! I quit cold turkey last friday. I'm doing ok but here and there still getting physical withdrawal cravings (or my brain is making me feel like I have physical cravings). Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I have noticed that when I get a craving, if I come on here and read people's posts it helps me to get through it. Thanks for reading

Day 6 cold turkey is brilliant, be very proud👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 There are some great 5 min craving buster tips under pinned posts. This site is a great distraction and it really helps to know what you're going through is all very normal.
Yep mr nic likes to try and get us back into his evil clutch😡 but stay strong and don't let him fool you😉

Hi Jpuffdrake and a warm welcome to quit support. Congratulations on your 6th day of smoke free. This site was certainly my saviour when i quit.. We are a friendly bunch and all understand the struggles of quitting.
