Going ok fighting the cravings well now ,counted up the savings been madding £174.00 wow my daughter said put a match to it ,no way was my reply ,but mum that's what you did before you stopped .she is so right .Told the nurse about this group she will recommend it to others .

I had to train my thoughts so when I get a craving I say you don't need it or want it it's not your friend ,and do something else has really worked for me this time .

Briarwood both my daughters never smoked thank God🙏🏻 they did say why did you not succeed before said to them the body was ready but the mind wasn't and until the mind is ready I won't succeed guess it's ready now lol but onwards and upwards Mr Nic gets no more of my money n.o.p.e xx

Well droopyj saving for a car only a small run around but fingers crossed will be on the road again before Autumn and that will be from money not given to Mr Nic 😀
