Hey all.......well week 9 done, nearly in double figures👍, got through Christmas and new year......... My god it was hard the last couple of days, but I did it. My friend June has followed my lead and is entering week 5 of not smoking.... I'm like a proud mummy........ I've told her to get on this site and meet you lot. She could not have better support and friends than here. I look at her and see the difference it has made to her as she has quite complex health issues and she looks better all ready...... So if she pops up on here(which I hope she does) I will let you all know and I know you will all welcome her like you did me.😊😊😊😊❤️😊 Have a great day all and thanks again for being there NOPE NOPE NOPE 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
