Hi all, just wanted to share a picture of my work calendar. I have been using green sticky dots for every day i have not had a cigarette, and a red dot for the days that i did. I am absolutely chuffed with myself time to move onto April now

Well done Jess your doing great  what a fab idea. I liked wripping  off each day on the 28 day nhs no smoking calendar as it had tips and told you what the benefits were to your health. Only goes up to 28 days. Think I will get one of these for my desk in work x x

Thanks maddy hun i had the 28 days calendar from the NHS but i kept that at home, and wanted something at work as well to keep me going considering i seem to spend all my free time in the office at the moment

Thanks Droopy i have ordered more, but if not i have a few yellow ones which i could use for the time being or a green pen! anything goes really!

It definitely is! i8t has really helped me keep focus and every morning at work i put the little green dot on there
