difference on my teeth!!!!

Hi all, sorry its me again! I just wanted to share a picture of my teeth, i took a photo of them before i gave up, maybe 3 days before i had my last cigarette, and now i took a photo of them yesterday, 2 weeks after not smoking!

I know there is not a huge difference, but they are definitely getting whiter! Just by using a whitening toothpaste and no fags it has only taken 2 weeks to get my teeth like this im a very happy girl! ps, sorry for the gross close up photo lol i couldnt work out how to make it smaller on the post!!!! hehe

Yeah teeth is a big one for me, I fought so hard and wore braces for so many years as a kid I don't want to ruin them now by smoking! Operation "pearly whites" starts now

Hi Briar! Tomorrow I get to come home for a while - still one day at a time - but after 25 days, I am truly ready! Amazingly they have built me up, kept me calm, treated me with extra therapy cos I'm a good, non complainer and they think I am SWEET (for goodness sake!) I actually look quite good too - I wouldn't faint if I passed me in the street - long as I wasn't wearing a bikini - tummy is an art piece in itself. Maybe I should enter the realms of selfies? Shudder, shudder!

All this time has been good to say such a lot that sometimes never gets to be said, so blessings are there, little pain & good head space.
