Thanks for all the comments, replies! Alas, I hate to say it, but I am actually trying to quit Nicotine... I went from smoking cigarettes to smoking a pipe about 16-17 years ago. I got angry with running out of cigs, said I'd never buy another one, and never have.... problem was...about 1/2 hr. later, I told my hubby..."give me your pipe"...

So here I am... trying to remember how I quit once before, what I used, what I did, hook up with a 'fine support family'... and trying to breathe...
