¿Está pensando en usar cualquier cosa para ayudarle a dejar? Como therapy de reemplazo de nicotina (NRT)? ¿Alguna vez has intentado dejar de fumar antes?

Lo más importante es planificar y preparar a su fecha para dejar de fumar. Mantener una actitud positiva es también otra de las claves del éxito.

Estoy seguro de que todos podemos ayudarnos unos a otros. Deja para no dejar que el lenguaje de convertirse en una barrera

I think this is a great idea! I'm not sure how many of our members are able to speak Spanish, but I'm sure we can work through it together

Are you planning to use anything to help you quit? As nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)? Have you ever tried to quit smoking before?

The most important thing is to plan and prepare your date to quit smoking. Staying positive is also another key to success.

Yes, I've decided to give up smoking several times. I did once, for four years, but, on my way back home, to Spain, I failed and went back to smoke, many years ago. Now I have to do it again because I am not well but my mind doesn't let me go ahead. I want begin on October the first. Esa es mi meta.
