10 weeks today and feeling so much better blood pressure checked perfect 120 over 70 and 98% oxygen so all you people just starting on your journey it is so worth it you will feel so much better healthier and funnily enough calmer and more confident the money I've saved will pay the dentist to have all my fillings done and a cap put in wouldn't go before but I want my teeth now to look the best they can and then I'm going to save to buy a dress from my favourite shop moonson because my son is getting married in italy this year and I want to look as good as I can as I am the mother of the groom so don't want to go back to smoking as I want him to be proud of me and I know I can do it nope

Hi donesmoking I was thinking about it yesterday I feel more calmer now. At first I was anything but calm but now I think I am calmer than when I smoked. Do u think that? Not sure about more confident maybe more confident in respect of needing to constantly smoke just to get through the day or any event etc.

Well done on 10 weeks we can look back on our struggle over the weeks and laugh about it now. 😀🙀🙊🍰

I am definitely calmer now than when I was smoking think its because your always thinking whenever you go anywhere when can or where can I have my next fag now you don't have to think about it like I say I am vaping not brave enough to go cld turkey

That's really good. I'd like to be a bit calmer than usual. That sounds stupid written down but u know what I mean. It's a benefit. I haven't done vaping Iv got patches and gum and inhalator. No I couldn't do cold turkey I have found it more than hard enough with the nrt I'm too much a wimp to do cold turkey lol 😀🙀
