Time flies!

Wow, I can't believe it's already been 6 weeks... In some ways it feels like forever ago that I smoked and some days it feels like yesterday.

I still stand strong and have not even touched a cigarette. I honestly have zero interest in ever smoking again. I am happier, my hair does smell fantastic, I can breathe, I'm not as broke all the time and I feel healthier.

I promise you that anyone of you out there struggling to quit, you CAN do it. I'm not sure how I even did it. But once you decide you're done, you're done for good.

I hope everyone is doing well, and thank you all for your support. You're a great group of good, caring people and you're appreciated.

:)

Thank you!! I'm sure I'll get a kick out of every new badge I receive on here. It makes me smile every time. I actually didn't even know how long it had been since I quit until I checked my badge on here. Even one day smoke free was a huge success for me in the past, so I'm still so excited at the progress ive made!!

Wow, congratulations Heather!! I can't wait to get to 6 weeks also. You have a fantastic attitude and I'm quite sure I will re-read this post of yours a few times, when cravings kick in (they've been kicking me hard this couple of days).

in reply to Atlantida

Please don't give in to your craving ever!! It's not worth it!! You've already gotten past the hardest part, the first week!!!

You're doing amazing!!!!!!!

The people on here are so great and so supportive. If you feel like smoking, come here first and tell us. We'll help you not smoke! :)
