12 weeks is just awesome. you have done ever so well on your quit journey and i am sure you will continue to do well. You have done it Keep your guard up and enjoy your new smoke free life
You are so close now to 3 months (next week)...you should be feeling ever so proud of your achievements
Now m no more scared of alcohol or any such triggers... I have tested myself several times whether alcohol triggers me for relapse... But surprisingly my determination has got the better of those triggers...
Whoohoo feeling fresh can't wait to see your new bit of bling ..... Hope that mister monky has his pants on when he's out catching you a new shiny 3 month badge 😊😊😊😂😂
I'm soooo happy you are now ok with alcohol too you have mastered it BUT, BUT, we are all different and for some of us, alcohol is a MAJOR MAJOR trigger for us as our lovely Arizonasands knows herself and I admire her for that when she feels confident, then she will ermmm, partake again, am sure
FF, I will have your new 3 months Winner badge ready and waiting for you
Different strokes for different folks feelingfresh. Our lovely holly and her hubby got through this by counting every day. It doesn't matter what you do or how you do it to complete another smoke free day...... So long as it works for you 😊
I'm sure if you didn't want to count your days then our lovely admin team will come up with an alternative badge for you😊
