hey guys Iam 7 weeek smoke free and will never touch a smoke again in my life I took this decision and will stand by it.

But the problem is that Iam feeling horrible since stopping smoking mostly I have aches, cant concentrate on anything while studying (forget almost everything) and I have anxieties. Is this still possible after 7 weeks. I just want to feel better and this withdrawal or whatever it is to end my. Please share your experiences to me Iam really grateful for that.

Hey maximonial, your struggles in quitting I believe are normal. If you smoked for many years it’s going to take your body time to process out the toxins. It takes our minds time to adapt to the change also. Maybe it will have to find new coping mechanisms during the times you feel anxious. Drinking lots of fluids helps with diluting toxins physiologically. Can always check in with a doctor as well. Hang in there and best of luck.

Well done for 7 weeks smoke free👍🏼

Unfortunately it takes time to get through the withdrawals but you will get through them. As everyone is different it’s hard to say a particular amount of time☹️ Please be patient and it will all be worth it.
