so its been 1 week no smoking, and i feel great :) the cravings are not as bad as last week, my breathing is much better and my nasty cough has almost gone, thank you all for you encouraging me and helping me to quit through my first week, i could not of done it by my self. so hope you all have a good day and happy no smoking to you all :)
