Hello everyone.........spent a couple hours with 4 ex-smokers today......0ne......22 yrs..........one........10 yrs..........one.....3yrs and the other person.......15 yrs........they all encouraged me to get through the first 3 weeks......that they found was the worst of the withdrawal............they inspired me just as you guys do as well.....
