And it is tough! But i find it really rewarding when i make it bed without smoking. I went to the casino the other day and normally i would be chain smoking but this time i couldn't even stand it in there. All the smoke was really bothering me. When does not smoking become normal ?

Hiya 1T1D, when the smoke is bothering you, it's a good sign that your body is healing and you can now realise how bad it smells😩 yes I agree it's a great sense of achievement each day being a non smoker and you can be very proud of yourself👏🏼

Not smoking becomes normal in time, I think ya just have to keep practicing and then before you know it, you won't even think about them anymore😊 just take one day at a time and you'll get there. You're doing a great job, well done👍🏼😊x

Our lovely Briarwood has explained the rest you just think you must have smelt like that when you smoked as we all did sooo you wouldnt have smelt it !!

You are now FREE of that smoke and stink soooo, flippin enjoyyyyyy it, YEAHHHHH

1T, it will soon get easier for you and try to stay in that frame of mind, as in hate the smoke and smell Your doing ever so well and am dead proud of you cos I know what them first few weeks can be like eh
