Hope everyone is having a fantastic and smoke free weekend😀. Welcome to those who have decided to take their first steps to freedom. After 1 week of quitting I have seen so much change to my health and to my confidence too, with a little help from my ecig I am coping without those nasty fags. And before long you all will too especially with help from the fantastic community of this site the people are fabulous and support u every step of the way. Just remember the one word NOPE (not one puff ever) 🚭🚭🚭🚭 and you will be on the right path to a healthier and smoke free future. Good luck to everyone on here xx

I hope you had a lovely time away ermmm, just wandering about your hubby hmmmmm, why not open the washer door and tell hubby to have a look inside it, then stick the boot in and shut the door quick then put it on a loooooooooong wash
