Having a rough day

Almost 3 weeks since my last cancer stick and was doing great all this time! I went trough being aggressive, sharp pain in my chess and for some reason, I find that today is hard! I'm thinking of cigarettes all day... Dreaming that I'm smoking one!!

I'm sure I'll be better tomorrow!

One day at a time !!

Hiya Nat, sorry to hear you've had a tough day😩 unfortunately the nicomonster doesn't let go easily but lies in wait and then pounces on us when we least expect it😱

I think the dreaming is all part of the process as well and our mind playing tricks on us. Remind yourself how brilliantly you're doing and give yourself a pat on the back and as you so wisely say, tomorrow will be better👍 you have a great attitude to this quitting malarkey and one day at a time, you'll get there. Stay strong hugs coming your way😊x
