Hi all, 5 days and going well. Was my daughters engagement party Saturday ...... big test as alcohol flowing and lots of smokers ..... but not me : ) Well done to everybody, best wishes : )

thankyou everybody for your kind and encouraging comments. One week today, feeling good, i knew once first week out the way i really can do it. Only the odd craving and coughing less already : ) just not going to smoke !! i dont want to !!
