Day 99, so big 10k to celebrate day 100 tomoz!!!!

Can't believe the day is nearly here and such a good example of u just never know what life is going to bring you on this journey! When I signed up for that 10k 7 weeks ago after doing my 1st 5k, would never of imagined a few weeks later I would of been getting diagnosed with lung cancer and now booked in for op next Friday! Def been quite a year for me so far! We have raised £720 so far for Roy Castle foundation, have 2 mini bus loads of us going which is great coz I love a good road trip, even got a mate to make a cd especially for it ha ha and the support and messages have been so lovely and overwhelming. It may be a not so good thing getting lung cancer but I still feel so so lucky being in the only 20% of fortunate people that are not inoperable! And very grateful to Dr evison who kindly was happy to delay op few days to let me experience what I've been training for that magically literally will happen on day 100, will def never forget that! So just got to get to Oulton Park now and smash it as everyone putting it and get that medal and that will be my best quitting pressie to myself so far x
