Hiya 07 and welcome to quit supportπ congrats on 1 year quit and sorry to hear you are wheeze π© just wondered if you have been to your doc to get checked out coz I think it would be a good idea and also put your mind at rest π you could also try some deep breathing excercises which may help. Hope you feel better soon πx
Hello and welcome,
Congratulations on being one year smoke free. If you have recently started this wheezing, i suggest you go and see your GP. It is most likely nothing to be too concerned about but you are best getting medical advise
Please let us know how you get on and if you let us know the date you quit smoking i can add you to our wall of winners
Again, well done on quitting smoking as it is the best thing you can do for your own health
Hi ya 07 and a big warm welcome to our quit support community and a massive well done to you for reaching that sooooo important 1 Year milestone

You have been given some great support already, to which I cant add to a lot of our members do have a bit of a wheezing problem, but thats usually in the early stages of quitting, so perhaps it would be a good idea to nip and see your GP
Hope to speak soon, Pete
Congratulations on the 1 year.
Sadly the lungs are going to take longer
I have posted it before, but this is my go to list of benefits over time (some take years).
