First long walk after my operation

Here's one Monky. Brrrrr it was cold. The 7.5 miles was a victory for me.

I might have done that walk at one time of day, if the flippin fag shop was 7.5 miles away eh

As I have said Ray, I admire you tremendously for you courage, determination and stamina cos I know, I could never have done what you have achieved

The best long walking near me is Epping Forest or if one feel inclined to head out of the smoke completely there is the North Kent Downs Way:

Hi David. The walk was above Malham in the Yorkshire Dales. From the village upto street gate and onto the Roman road and to the Roman marching camp and past this. Dropped down the fell side to the road and back to Malham.
