For the first time in a good few days I feel calm work was ok I didnt feel like I wanted to jump in my car and get home ... no strong niggles or cravings I can now look forward to a few days at home relaxing .. thanks everyone for their support and words of wisdom that light at the end of the tunnel is shining a bit brighter !!

It's always good to hear when someone has that ah ha moment and see that it is ABSOLUTELY possible to quit those cigs for good,sounds like you had yours.Just keep that light at the end of that tunnel in sight & all will be well.You totally got this and you're set for success,brilliant achievement,well done.Hugs H

Chuffed to bits for ya Michelle, did you change your intake of Champix or Nicotine or has it balanced itself out over time?

Not sure where my reply went but I stopped the champix last week when I started to feel wobbly councillor told me start again and stop vaping but I didnt take any started relaxation excersises and it seems to have helped I am still vaping tho ..
