Some of you might know that, I slipped couple of weeks ago after being smoke free for 85 days. I was away from family on a business trip. Happy to say I'm back on the wagon and I'm smoke free for 24 hrs now.
I had set my quit date on Sep 1. I just smoked a few in the past week. Looking forward to be smoke free when I get back home to meet my son in a few days.
Thanks for all your support and tips. I have armed myself with emergency nicotine gum this time.
Thanks
Ash

You can do it this time. I am sure you can be holding your head up high and say to yourself I am a non smoker now. xxx
Just to clarify to other members that your badge has already been adjusted, and it doesnt go back to zero on the first slip up. (Explained in the pinned posts).
