I drink loads of chilled water. Someone told me if its chilled it helps to lose weight as your body uses up more fat as it warms up your blood etc. Whether that right i dont know but I think it helps. :)

Yes, water seems to be the secret to all well-being. I have no doubt that this is correct. I'm notoriously bad with drinking enough water. I really have to force myself and often forget to drink any. Any tricks that makes you drink more water, anybody?

Licorice tea is what currently keeps me sane; it's really calming

Hi Astrids, my secret to drinking more water is fill a bottle every time you go out in the car or for a walk and sip it. It's nice with a slice of lemon as well :)

Never had licorice tea I must say I like my tea with milk and sugar but I have a friend who drinks a lot of green tea and she feels great :) x
